Return Eligibility

You may return most furniture items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • In original, unused condition
  • Free from stains, damage, or signs of use
  • In original packaging (if available)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Mattresses and bedding (unless faulty)
  • Custom-made or personalised items
  • Assembled flat-pack furniture
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or modification

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Our team will arrange a collection time or provide drop-off instructions
  4. Once inspected and approved, your refund will be processed

Return Shipping

  • Faulty or damaged items: We cover all return shipping costs
  • Change of mind: A return shipping fee may apply, depending on item size and location

Refund Processing

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your furniture arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no extra cost to you.
